Slobozia Conachi is a commune located in Galați County within the Western Moldavia region of Romania. As of recent records, the commune has a population of 7,178 people.
The administrative area is composed of two villages: Izvoarele and Slobozia Conachi. Historically, the commune also included the village of Cuza Vodă; however, this village was split off in 2005 to form its own separate commune.
