Pleșoi is a commune located in the Oltenia region of Romania, specifically within Dolj County. It currently has a population of approximately 3,800 people.
The commune is composed of four distinct villages: Cârstovani, Frasin, Milovan, and Pleșoi. These areas were originally part of the Predești Commune until they were officially split off in 2004 to form their own administrative unit.
