Piscu Vechi is a commune located in Dolj County within the Oltenia region of Romania. It currently has a population of approximately 2,950 people.
The administrative area of the commune is composed of two villages: Piscu Vechi and Pisculeț. Historically, the commune also included the village of Ghidici; however, this was split off in 2004 to establish a separate commune.
