Giubega is a commune located in Dolj County within the Oltenia region of Romania. As of 2021, the commune has a recorded population of 1,782 people.
The administrative area currently consists of a single village named Giubega. Historically, the territory included the village of Galiciuica; however, this village was split off in 2004 to establish its own separate commune.
