Tărtășești is a commune located in the Dâmbovița County of Muntenia, Romania. It is situated approximately 30 km (19 mi) northwest of the capital city, Bucharest.
The commune has a population of 6,158 as of 2021 and is composed of three distinct villages: Bâldana, Gulia, and Tărtășești.
