Moroeni, also spelled Moroieni, is a commune located in Dâmbovița County within the Muntenia region of Romania. It serves as a rural administrative division situated in the southern part of the country.
The commune is composed of six distinct villages: Dobrești, Glod, Lunca, Moroeni, Mușcel, and Pucheni. These settlements collectively form the primary geographical and social structure of the municipality.
