Malnaș is a commune located in Covasna County within the Transylvania region of Romania. The administrative area consists of three distinct villages: Malnaș, Malnaș-Băi (also known as Málnásfürdő), and Valea Zălanului (Zalánpatak).
Historically, the commune included additional settlements, but Bixad and Micfalău split from Malnaș in 2004 to form their own independent communes.
