Lemnia is a commune located in Covasna County within the Transylvania region of Romania. The administrative area currently consists of a single village, which shares the same name as the commune.
Historically, the territory included two additional villages. However, these were separated from Lemnia in 2004 to form the independent Mereni Commune.
