Ilieni is a commune situated in Covasna County in the south-eastern region of Transylvania, Romania. It is located approximately 7 km (4.3 mi) south of Sfântu Gheorghe, which serves as the county seat.
The administrative area of the commune is composed of three distinct villages: Dobolii de Jos (Aldoboly), Ilieni, and Sâncraiu (Sepsiszentkirály).
