Costinești is a commune and resort situated in Northern Dobruja, Romania. It is located on the shore of the Black Sea, approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) south of Constanța, which serves as the county seat of Constanța County.
The locality consists of two villages: Costinești and Schitu. It functions primarily as a coastal resort destination within the region.
