Cobadin is a commune located in Constanța County within the Northern Dobruja region of Romania. It serves as an administrative division comprising several distinct rural settlements.
The commune includes five villages: Cobadin, Viișoara, Negrești, Conacu, and Curcani. While Curcani was disestablished by Presidential Decree before 1990, it remains listed in the official settlements register of the region.
