Turda is a city located in the Transylvania region of Romania. It is situated within Cluj County in the southeastern part of the province.
The city is positioned approximately 34.2 km (21.3 mi) from the county seat, Cluj-Napoca, and is connected to it by the European route E81. Additionally, Turda is located about 6.7 km (4.2 mi) from the nearby town of Câmpia Turzii.
