Mociu is a commune located in the Transylvania region of Romania, situated within Cluj County. It serves as an administrative division composed of several distinct rural settlements.
The commune consists of nine villages: Boteni (Botháza), Chesău (Mezőkeszü), Crișeni (Tótháza), Falca (Falka), Ghirișu Român (Mezőgyéres), Mociu, Roșieni (Bárányvölgy), Turmași (Tormásdűlő), and Zorenii de Vale.
