Goruia is a commune located in Caraș-Severin County in western Romania. As of 2021, the administrative area has a total population of 660 people.
The commune is composed of three distinct villages: Gârliște (also known as Gerlistye), Giurgiova (also known as Karasszentgyörgy), and Goruia.
