Forotic is a commune located in the Caraș-Severin County of the Banat region in Romania. As of 2021, the commune has a recorded population of 1,488 people.
The administrative area of Forotic is composed of four distinct villages: Brezon (also known as Bársonyfalva), Comorâște (Komornok), Forotic, and Surducu Mare (Nagyszurduk).
