Colți is a commune located in Buzău County within the Muntenia region of Romania. It is situated in the Pătârlagele hollow at the curvature of the Carpathian Mountains, approximately 13 km (8.1 mi) from the town of Pătârlagele.
The commune is composed of four distinct villages: Aluniș, Colți, Colții de Jos, and Muscelu Cărămănești.
