Bisoca is a commune located in the northern part of Buzău County within the Muntenia region of Romania. It serves as an administrative division composed of eight distinct villages.
The constituent villages that make up the commune include Băltăgari, Bisoca, Lacurile, Lopătăreasa, Pleși, Recea, Sările, and Șindrila.
