Vissani is a village located in the municipal unit of Delvinaki within the Ioannina regional unit of northwestern Greece. It is situated in the mountainous Pogoni area near the Albanian border at an elevation of 750 meters above sea level.
The village sits on a high point of a long ridge along the road to Konitsa. A small road connects Vissani with the Greek National Road 22, which runs between Kakavia and Kalpaki.
