Gorbănești is a commune located in Botoșani County within the Western Moldavia region of Romania.
The administrative area of the commune is composed of eight distinct villages: Bătrânești, George Coșbuc, Gorbănești, Mihai Eminescu, Silișcani, Socrujeni, Viforeni, and Vânători.
