Dersca is a commune located in Botoșani County within the Western Moldavia region of Romania. The administrative area consists of a single village also named Dersca.
Historically, the territory of the commune was larger; it previously included the villages of Lozna and Străteni. These two locations were separated from Dersca in 2003 to form the independent Lozna Commune.
