Măgura Ilvei is a commune located in Bistrița-Năsăud County within the Transylvania region of Romania. The administrative area is primarily composed of two villages: Arșița (also known as Arsicatelep) and Măgura Ilvei.
Historically, the commune included the village of Poiana Ilvei; however, this village was split off to form its own entity in 2003.
