Ciceu-Giurgești is a commune located in the Transylvania region of Romania, specifically within Bistrița-Năsăud County. The administrative area currently consists of two villages: Ciceu-Giurgești and Dumbrăveni (also known as Gáncs).
The commune's composition changed in 2002 when three other villages were separated from the territory to establish the Negrilești Commune.
