Tulca is a commune located in Bihor County within the Crișana region of Romania. It is situated approximately 12 kilometers from the city of Salonta.
The commune is composed of two villages, Căuașd (also known as Kávásd) and Tulca. While the majority of the population is Romanian, the area also includes small minorities of Hungarians and Romani people.
