Răbăgani is a commune located in the Crișana region of Bihor County, Romania. Situated approximately 50 km south of the city of Oradea, the administrative area is composed of six distinct villages: Albești (Fehérlak), Brătești, Răbăgani, Săliște de Pomezeu (Papmezőszeleste), Săucani (Szokány), and Vărășeni (Veresfalva).
The demographic composition of the commune has shifted significantly over the last century. While the population was predominantly Hungarian until 1955, it became equally split between Romanian and Hungarian communities that year. By 2002, census data indicated that the population was 94.2% Romanian and 5.7% Roma.
