Gepiu is a commune situated in the Crișana region of Bihor County, Romania. The administrative area consists of two distinct villages: Bicaci (also known as Mezőbikács) and Gepiu.
Historically, these two villages were part of the Cefa Commune. They were officially split off to form their own independent commune in 2003.
