Cetariu is a commune located in the Crișana region of Bihor County, Romania. As of recent records, the commune has a population of approximately 2,165 people.
The administrative area is composed of four villages: Cetariu, Șișterea (Siter), Șușturogi (Sitervölgy), and Tăutelec (Hegyköztóttelek). Historically, the commune included three additional villages which were separated in 2003 to form the independent Paleu Commune.
