Cefa is a commune located in the Crișana region of Bihor County, Romania. As of 2021, the commune has a population of approximately 2,200 people.
The administrative area of Cefa is composed of three villages: Ateaș (Atyás), Cefa, and Inand (Inánd). Historically, the commune included five additional villages, which were subsequently split off in 2003 to form the independent communes of Gepiu and Sânnicolau Român.
