Izvoru Berheciului is a commune located in the county of Bacău within the Western Moldavia region of Romania.
The administrative area of the commune is composed of seven distinct villages: Antohești, Băimac, Făghieni, Izvoru Berheciului, Obârșia, Oțelești, and Pădureni.
