Ceparii Pamanteni is a village located in the commune of Cepari within Argeș County, situated in the Muntenia region of Romania.
The village is one of eight constituent settlements that make up the Cepari commune. These villages include Cărpeniș, Ceparii Ungureni, Morăști, Șendrulești, Urluiești, Valea Măgurei, and Zamfirești.
