Ususău is a commune located in Arad County, Romania. It is situated in the couloir zone of the Mureș River within the northern portion of the Lipova Hills. The administrative territory of the commune covers an area of 13,543 hectares.
The commune consists of five villages: Bruznic (Marosborosznok), Dorgoș (Dorgos), Pătârș (Petercse), Ususău, and Zăbalț (Szabálcs). Historically, the commune was known as Dorgoș until 2005, at which point that village served as the commune center.
