Dezna is a commune located in Arad County, Romania. It is situated in the valley of the Dezna River, approximately 7 kilometers from the town of Sebiș.
The commune is composed of five distinct villages: Buhani (Bajnokfalva), Dezna, Laz (Déznaláz), Neagra (Kisfeketefalu), and Slatina de Criș (Mikószlatina).
