Mirăslău is a commune situated in Alba County within the Transylvania region of Romania. As of 2021, the commune has a recorded population of 1,805 residents.
The administrative area of the commune is composed of six distinct villages: Cicău (Csákó), Decea (Marosdécse), Lopadea Veche (Oláhlapád), Mirăslău, Ormeniș (Marosörményes), and Rachiș (Oláhrákos).
