Gârda de Sus is a commune situated in the Transylvania region of Alba County, Romania. As of 2021, the administrative area has a recorded population of 1,415 residents.
The commune is composed of seventeen distinct villages: Biharia, Dealu Frumos, Dealu Ordâncușii, Dobrești, Gârda de Sus, Gârda Seacă (Alsógirda), Ghețari (Jégbarlang), Hănășești, Huzărești, Izvoarele, Munună, Ocoale, Plai, Pliști, Scoarța, Snide, and Sucești.
