The administrative area of Ceru-Băcăinți is composed of ten distinct villages: Bolovănești, Bulbuc (Bulbuk), Ceru-Băcăinți, Cucuta, Curpeni (Kurpény), Dumbrăvița, Fântânele, Groși, Valea Mare (Váleamáre), and Viezuri.
