Les Trois-Bassins is a commune located in the department of Réunion. Situated on the west coast of the island, it shares borders with Cilaos to the west, Saint-Paul to the north, and Saint-Leu to the south.
The commune was officially created on February 27, 1897. Its geography includes the summit of Grand Bénare, which lies within its administrative boundaries.
