Santa Cruz das Flores is a municipality located in the northern half of the island of Flores within the Portuguese archipelago of the Azores. It is situated in the sparsely populated Western Group and shares a border with the southern municipality of Lajes das Flores.
The municipality covers an area of approximately 70.91 square kilometres (27.38 mi2). As of 2021, the population of Santa Cruz das Flores was recorded at 2,020 inhabitants.
