Corroios is a civil parish situated within the municipality of Seixal in the Setúbal district of Portugal. It is an integral part of the Lisbon metropolitan area and is located on the south side of the Tagus River, positioned directly opposite the capital city of Lisbon.
The town covers an area of 17.11 km2 and had a recorded population of 47,661 in 2011. Notably, Corroios is recognized as the second most populous town in Portugal, following Algueirão-Mem Martins.
