Arrentela is a former civil parish located in the municipality of Seixal within the Lisbon metropolitan area of Portugal. Geographically, it is situated on the south side of the Tagus River estuary.
In 2013, Arrentela merged with other areas to form the new parish of Seixal, Arrentela e Aldeia de Paio Pires. According to 2011 census data, the territory covered an area of 10.17 km² (3.93 sq mi) and had a population of 28,886 residents.
