Torres Novas is a Portuguese municipality situated in the district of Santarém. It is located within the Médio Tejo region of the Oeste e Vale do Tejo region. The municipality covers a total area of approximately 270 square kilometres.
The population of the municipality is roughly 36,717 people. Within this territory lies the city of Torres Novas proper, which has an approximate population of 15,000 inhabitants.
