Moscavide e Portela is a civil parish located in the municipality of Loures, Portugal. It was established in 2013 through the merger of two former parishes, Moscavide and Portela.
The parish covers a total area of 1.66 km². According to data from 2011, its population was recorded at 21,891 residents.
