Carnide is a freguesia and typical quarter located in the northern region of Lisbon, the capital city of Portugal. It serves as a residential area situated north of São Domingos de Benfica and Benfica, east of Lumiar, and directly south of the border with Odivelas.
As of 2021, the population of Carnide was recorded at 18,028 residents. The neighborhood is characterized by its position within the urban layout of Lisbon's northern outskirts.
