Carnaxide is a former civil parish located in the municipality of Oeiras, Portugal. Its historical origins date back as far as the 13th century, with first appearances in official documentation occurring in the 14th century. The area was officially elevated to town status on August 16, 1991.
In 2013, Carnaxide merged with the parish of Queijas to form the new civil parish of Carnaxide e Queijas. According to 2011 census data, the original parish covered an area of 6.51 km² and had a population of 25,911.
