Custóias is a civil parish located in the municipality of Matosinhos within the Greater Porto area of Portugal. It gained town status in 2003 and is situated approximately 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from Matosinhos and 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from the city of Porto.
The administrative history of the parish includes a merger in 2013 with Leça do Balio e Guifões to form the new parish of Custóias, Leça do Balio e Guifões. However, the original parish of Custóias was subsequently restored in 2025.
