Aljezur, officially the Town of Aljezur, is a town and municipality located in the District of Faro within the Algarve region of Portugal. It serves as the administrative center for a municipality covering an area of 323.50 km2.
As of the 2011 census, the population of the town was 5,884 residents. The municipality is organized into four distinct parishes.
