Évora, officially known as the Very Noble and Ever Loyal City of Évora, is a city and municipality located in Portugal. It serves as the seat of the Évora District and is recognized as the historic capital of the Alentejo region.
As of 2021, the city has a population of 53,591 inhabitants. The municipality covers a total area of 1,307.08 square kilometers (504.67 mi2).
