Ribeira de Frades

Ribeira de Frades is a former civil parish located in the municipality of Coimbra, Portugal. As of the 2011 census, the parish covered an area of 6.10 km² and had a population of 1,902 residents.

The territory was notable for being one of the few freguesias to possess both enclaves and exclaves. On January 28, 2013, Ribeira de Frades merged with the parish of São Martinho do Bispo to form the new administrative unit of São Martinho do Bispo e Ribeira de Frades. Following this merger, its enclave was maintained.
