Terras de Bouro, also known as Terras de Boiro, is a municipality located in the district of Braga in Portugal. It covers an area of 277.46 km² and had a recorded population of 7,253 in 2011. The municipality is bordered by Spain and Ponte da Barca to the north, Montalegre to the east, Vieira do Minho to the south, Amares to the southwest, and Vila Verde to the west.
The municipal seat of power is located in the Town of Terras de Bouro (Vila de Terras de Bouro), situated within the Moimenta parish. Historically, this town was known as Vila da Cova, a naming convention that previously made Terras de Bouro the only municipality in Portugal with a unique name. In 2005, the town's name was officially changed to match that of the municipality.
