Oliveira de Azeméis, Santiago de Riba-Ul, Ul, Macinhata da Seixa e Madail is a civil parish located in the municipality of Oliveira de Azeméis within the Porto Metropolitan Area of Portugal. The current administrative unit was established in 2013 through the merger of five former parishes: Oliveira de Azeméis, Santiago de Riba-Ul, Ul, Macinhata da Seixa, and Madail.
The parish covers a total area of 25.94 km². According to data from 2011, the population of the region was 20,760 residents.
