Murtosa, officially known as the Town of Murtosa, is a town and municipality located in the District of Aveiro in Portugal. It covers a total area of 73.09 km².
As of the 2011 census, the population of the municipality was 10,585 residents, with a recorded count of 8,282 eligible voters.
