Sur Baher, also known as Tsur Baher, is a Palestinian neighborhood situated on the southeastern outskirts of East Jerusalem. It is geographically positioned east of Ramat Rachel and northeast of Har Homa.
As of 2006, the neighborhood had a recorded population of approximately 15,000 residents.
